Charlotte
Operations Manager
Charlotte has been a registered nurse for over 13 years and worked across acute and community services.
As Operations Manager it is my job to to oversee the Organisation as a whole and ensure that we grow and develop in all areas.
My love for the health and social care sector is what drives me, and my position as Operations Manager allows me to have a bigger impact on the service we deliver to commissioners and clients.

My name is Heidi and I am the Registered Manager for River Exe Healthcare.
I help to make the company grow and become one of the top leading care companies. I love working with our amazing office team, making a difference in people’s lives, and supporting the workforce as a whole

Deputy Manager
I started my journey with the company in March 2013. I started with the company, as Helping Hands, as a carer in the community and have developed my knowledge and skill set; this gave me the option to develop my position throughout the company.
I am currently completing my level five diploma in health and social care to further extend my knowledge.
My day-to-day duties are very varied, in 2022 I spent a period as acting registered manager, and I enjoy the quick pace and the different range of duties. I am lucky to work alongside a great team, in the office and the community. I like to be involved as much as possible and always have an open-door policy for the team

My role changes from one day to the next! From evolving office duties, meeting new clients, supporting bookings, and competing for compentency’s spot checks and regular reviews.
I really enjoy the day-to-day change in my diary and the change in the working environment. I love being out with clients and working in the office. I work with a great team and enjoy meeting new people.

Team Leader
My name is Ryan Vanderbrink and I have begun training as a Team Leader with River Exe Healthcare.
My responsibilities are to oversee a specific caseload of service users and their carers, providing direction and helping achieve certain goals. Since starting out here, I have really enjoyed getting to know the systems from a different perspective. I hope to stay with the company and work my way up to hopefully become a registered manager one day.

I love helping people remain independent in their own homes, it brings a little light on what can be a dark day. I love working in care, and I have made lifelong friends with other carers. I have always worked in care since I was 16 years old! If you love the job you never have to work a day in your life.
