HOW IT WORKS

Our Process

First Enquiry

When you first enquire about our complex care service, you will usually provide a number of details that enable us to create a initial quote.
This quote allows to show our overarching understanding and provide a cost.

Initial Assessment

If you are happy with your quote, we will then complete full in home initial assessment to get a complete picture of the care required, creating a bespoke care plan.

Mobilisation

Following on from the initial assessment, we will review all elements of the care package, providing addition training, shadowing staff, and speaking with the other involved health care providers to make sure everything is in place to deliver the care required.

Start Date

With the other steps complete, we will set a start date with you. We will provide you with a folder containing all the necessary documentation, and our carers will be scheduled to begin supporting you. Additionally, a Team Leader will be assigned to you as your main point of contact.
