Charlotte has been a registered nurse for over 13 years and worked across acute and community services.

As Operations Manager it is my job to to oversee the Organisation as a whole and ensure that we grow and develop in all areas.

My love for the health and social care sector is what drives me, and my position as Operations Manager allows me to have a bigger impact on the service we deliver to commissioners and clients.

I started my journey with the company in March 2013. I started with the company, as Helping Hands, as a carer in the community and have developed my knowledge and skill set; this gave me the option to develop my position throughout the company.

I am currently completing my level five diploma in health and social care to further extend my knowledge.

My day-to-day duties are very varied, in 2022 I spent a period as acting registered manager, and I enjoy the quick pace and the different range of duties. I am lucky to work alongside a great team, in the office and the community. I like to be involved as much as possible and always have an open-door policy for the team. In have recently been promoted to Service Manager supporting charlotte to oversee all offices.

My role changes from one day to the next! From evolving office duties, meeting new clients, supporting bookings, and competing for compentency’s spot checks and regular reviews.

I really enjoy the day-to-day change in my diary and the change in the working environment. I love being out with clients and working in the office. I work with a great team and enjoy meeting new people.

Hi, I’m Eloise and I work as one of our office Team Leaders in Launceston.

I love my role within River Exe; no two days are ever the same. From completing care to meeting with professionals, writing care plans, and meeting new clients, every day has a new and different challenge to offer.

I am very fortunate to work with the most amazing team of office staff as well as the real stars of all of this, the carers, to which I am so grateful to have such hard working and dedicated ones.

I have worked in the care sector since I was 16 and I hope to have many more years in it.

My I’m the new Clinical Lead Nurse for Devon & Cornwall and I’m very excited to have joined River Exe.

I have a very wide range of experience in nursing, both in the NHS including spinal injuries, private sectors and prison health, as well as 7 years in complex care.

I live in Devon and have 2 grown up children, 4 grandchildren, a dog and a cat. I enjoy cooking and have been told I make a great scone, however, I do put the jam on first!
